For Sponsors and Vendors

Vendor Registration will open on January 20, 2025

Nashville Pagan Pride Day is pleased to offer vendor space at our October 4, 2025, event. This year, vendors will have the option of having a sponsor vendor space or a standard vendor space. Use the Sponsor Registration Form if you wish to be a sponsor. Use the Vendor Registration Form if you want a standard booth space.

Sponsor vendor space:

Gold – $160, 2 booth spaces, and a large ad in the digital program.
Silver – $135 1 booth space and medium ad in the digital program
Bronze – $110 1 booth space and a small ad in the digital program

In addition, all sponsors will have the following:

Business name recognizition on the NPPD Facebook Event listing

Business name recognization on our social media accounts (Instagram, X, Threads, Tumblr, TicToc) in the run up to Nashville Pagan Pride Day.

“Thank you” signage at the Welcome Table at the event

Priority booth locations at the event.

We will send you an invoice after we receive your registration form.

We must receive your payment via Venmo or PayPal before we confirm your vendor spot.

No refunds after 2 weeks of payment.

Due to space restrictions vendors are limited to 2 booth spaces

We cannot offer indoor booths, tables, tents, or electricity.

One Booth Early Bird Special (Jan 20th – May 31st): $85

One Booth Standard rate (Jun 1st – Aug 31st): $95

One Booth Last Minute/Waitlist rate (Sep 1st -Sep 12th): $110

Additional Booth Space: $80
